This policy explains how refunds work for Sellaru subscriptions. This is a template — review it with counsel and adjust to match your actual billing practices before relying on it for a live deployment.
Free trial
Every new account includes a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start a trial, and you may cancel at any time before it ends without being charged.
Subscription payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, via the payment method on file (including bank transfer for offline payments, common for businesses in Nepal). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Refund eligibility
- Accidental duplicate charges are refunded in full.
- Refund requests made within 7 days of a charge, where the Service was not meaningfully used, are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Partial-period refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
