Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sellaru, provided by D.Work Labs. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. This is a template — review it with counsel before relying on it for a live deployment.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under your account, including accounts you create for staff members (Managers and Cashiers).

Subscriptions and trials

New accounts start on a free trial. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Plan limits (stores, staff, products, invoices) are described on our Pricing page and enforced automatically.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Sellaru (products, parties, transactions, etc.). We do not sell your business data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including pricing, tax rates, and invoice details.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access another tenant's data or bypass access controls.
• Do not disrupt or degrade the Service for other users.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid after a grace period.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, D.Work Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
